A Refined Learning Experience Across Whisper
Whisper's interface is being refreshed with a more consistent learning design across the dashboard, discovery pages, practice experience, and navigation.
We are refreshing the Whisper interface to make learning English feel more consistent, intuitive, and energising — from the moment you open the dashboard to the moment you begin a practice session.
This refactor establishes a shared visual language for Whisper. Content surfaces, learning cards, progress metrics, buttons, and dialogs now follow more consistent patterns. A softer learning-focused colour palette also appears throughout the experience, keeping important areas easy to recognise in both light and dark mode.
The refreshed areas include:
- Dashboard: the welcome area, practice call to action, streak, recommendations, and community metrics are organised into clearer sections.
- Content discovery: proficiency levels, topics, and the leaderboard use more consistent learning cards, making it easier to scan and choose what to explore next.
- Lesson practice: the sentence area, controls, and transcript panel have been refined to keep attention on the activity at hand.
- Navigation: mobile sidebar search and navigation components have been adjusted for smoother use across screen sizes.
This is a foundational step that lets Whisper keep evolving while remaining familiar, clear, and easy to use whenever you return to study.
