Whisper may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements. Clicking on ads may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
